- Oyster Knife
- Oyster Glove
- Towel to clean your knife on
- Condiments: Fresh lemon, Pepper, Mignonette, Cocktail sauce, Hot sauce
- Seafood tray with crushed ice for the presentation
- Beverages: White or Rose wine, Champagne, Martini’s, Bloody marys, etc.
- Oyster cleaning set: Metal brush, Gloves, Tupperware, 2 towels

Spread ice on a large fancy plate and sprinkle with salt to place your oysters on. The salt helps the ice to melt together, making it easier to serve your oysters from.
Serve your raw oysters on the half shell with your favorite mignonette sauce, a fresh lemon juice, and a glass of bubbly!
